Sound & Light Wanted for Feature Film in France

Sound & Light Wanted for Feature Film in France

(auto-translated from Dutch)

The Bathtub Blues Team is looking for crew members! We are a young, female led team embarking on an Adventure to the south of France to shoot a feature film. Our base is in Amsterdam, from which we start and also arrive back to (a pick-up/drop-off in Paris is also possible).
This film revolves around six theatre actors whose company undergoes a change of directorship, leaving them with soon-to-end contracts. As they embark on a last holiday together, old and new feelings fight their way to the surface and confront the friends with an uncertain future in which they have to decide whether their lives still make sense together.
Our cinematography is inspired by Chantal Akerman and pays tribute to her work just in time for her masterpiece's 50th anniversary.

What do we offer?
- Paid trip to the French mountains
- Food and utilities included
- Fun, young crew with up-and-coming cast
- Hardworking production team that will send the finished product out to as many festivals as possible :)

Type
semi-professionele productie

Location
Seynac, France

Description
We are looking for sound technicians and gaffers. Sound and light are oftentimes overlooked and have utter priority in this project. For sound, own gear is preferred. We have access to lights, but any own gear is always welcome.
As we are secluded in the French mountains together during the shoot, willingness to connect with the cast and crew are a plus. Comfort with queer themes is a prerequisite. Please also let us know whether you have a driver's license.

Job requirements / profile
- Knowledge of either sound- or light design
- Own sound gear (or access to gear)
