In addition to my television work, I continued to develop my own projects. In 2009 I wrote a treatment for Piekhaar in the context of Cinema Junior with Waterland Film for the AVRO. And in 2010 I wrote the screenplay for Long Shall She Live. A film about a perfectionist Pilote who ends up in a wheelchair and takes a dull drilling trip to end her worthless life, but all those cheerful volunteers and wayward invalids on board keep getting in her wheels.
