Devion is looking for a: Senior animator who pushes visual boundaries for our clients.

Devion breathes video. We have been developing video content for more than 10 years for customers such as Bol.com, TomTom, NS and Action. In the coming years, our team will look for ways to use video even more powerfully and to leave a lasting impression on viewers with our vision.

We are looking for a proactive animator who enjoys influencing people online (with video). You get the chance to bring your ideas to life and look for the best animation solutions to touch viewers. Not to provide functional information, but above all to influence emotionally.

Job requirements / profile
What are you going to do?

• You support sales in the creation of mood boards
• You identify customer needs and translate them into a visual storyline for animated videos
• You work together with our script writer
• You choose a video style that closely matches the customer's identity
• You brief and assess the illustrator about the desired style and storyline
• You present storyline and storyboard to the customer
• You guide voice-overs in recording the voice
• You animate the videos
• You are looking to strengthen our creative team
• You research and develop new solutions/possibilities that help realize our vision.
• You look for new motion/illustration trends and investigate how we can apply them for our customers

What do you have at home?
• You have at least a completed HBO education or demonstrable experience in the profession
• You are a precise go-getter
• You have a great sense of responsibility and a good dose of self-reliance
• You have strong communication skills and can easily empathize with all kinds of conversation partners
• You are an experienced animator with an impressive portfolio.
• You know everything about Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• You have experience with character animation and rigging
• You are happy with what you make, but the next assignment will be better
