about me
Juliette Mout (1990) is a costume and set designer. In 2014 she graduated from Theater Design at the Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU). During her internship at Dieuweke van Reij she became acquainted with music theater and opera. After her studies she started working as a props at Theater Rotterdam (formerly Ro Theater). There she participated in the performances 'Revolutionary Road' by Erik Whien, 'Heisenberg' by Johan Simons, the family performance 'Hamlet' by Pieter Kramer and most recently 'Botanical Wasteland' by Boogaerdt & van der Schoot in collaboration with Touki Delphine. In her work, Juliette always looks for the core of what lives inside and makes it visual. She gets inspired by characters, emotions, history and characters.
