I am Sergio Simbula, 31 years old and of Dutch/Italian descent. In May 2011 I graduated from De Lucas Borkel Acteursschool (formerly known as Het Collectief). I have a lot of experience in television commercials, short films and corporate films. Next year I can be seen in an episode of A'dam - EVA 2 and in the Ramses series. I was nominated in the Best Actor category at the Shortcutz short film pageant for my role in Black, with Sugar.
I recently made my debut as a screenwriter with the short film VISKOM, directed by Dennis Overeem and starring Petra Laseur, Cees Geel and Bert Hana.
Petra Laseur won the Shortcutz Amsterdam Award for Best Actress for her role in this film.
